I feel like I've wasted my money on a product that doesn't work as advertised. Can someone please address why this program is so bad and give me a fix? I have paid almost ONE THOUSAND dollars on this graphics card and I am not even able to control rgb like any other gpu from another manufacturer. there was an error when installing and now mystic light doesn't show up under the menu in dragon center. then it got stuck at 'please wait patiently for load modules' again, and I tried to reinstall. Now it hung up on 'Please wait patiently for load modules'. to customize my lights on my RTX 2060 and first there was a problem with the SDK and I had to completely uninstall both Dragon and MSi SDK then download again for it to get past that step. I got frustrated, uninstalled, reinstalled, and it worked, but rgb took over 30 seconds to update to my changes in mystic light. In previous versions of Dragon Center I had at least been able. at first dragon center would get stuck at 'please wait patiently for load modules' and never moved on. Recently I have not been able to access mystic light through dragon center. In the Services window, scroll down the list of services to find MSI Central Service, and then right-click it and select Properties. The software is slow, doesn't sync rgb well with other software through game sync, and is very inconsistent. Open the Run box by pressing Win + R keys, and then type services.msc and press Enter. I have had my pc and 2080 super x trio MSI gpu for half a year now, and its been super frustrating.
